It’s always refreshing to see how artists have improved and changed after a long period of time. The last time I saw Hoodie Allen headlining a tour was in 2014 when he came with Chiddy Bang and Down With Webster. I remember being so impressed with the production of the tour as well as the stage presence Hoodie has. This tour was no different. The night before, there were already two tents with people camping out to meet Hoodie who always takes photos with the first people in line. Taylor Bennett, a Chicago rapper, opened the show. Shortly after, KYLE (also known as SuperduperKyle) took the stage and began his set with a starwars fighting scene between him and his friend and DJ, Brick. After one of the funnest sets I’ve ever watched, Hoodie‘s intro music began to play. Blinding lights lit up the room and smoke filled the stage. When Hoodie came out he had his signature Happy Camper bandana and took some time to look out into the crowd. It was a truly spectacular show and Hoodie‘s charisma and talent left me speechless yet again. Make sure to not miss him whenever he visits your town, and especially this tour.
