Austin City Limits is back and better than ever this year, scheduled to take place in Zilker Park on October 1-3 and October 11-13, 2025. A plethora of incredible artists on the lineup like the Strokes, Hozier, Sabrina Carpenter, Doechii and more have ticket-buyers raving about the upcoming festival. While the headliners on the bill are reason enough to head to Zilker Park this year, the incredible openers are just as amazing to witness.

DR. DOG

Dr. Dog is an indie rock group that has been gracing the indie rock scene for over a decade. Its been a while since the group graced a Central Texas stage, with their last Austin show taking place back in 2021. Fans will be excited to hear a number of crowd favorites like “The Breeze” and “Where’d All the Time Go?” in addition to other gems in their discography.

MAGDALENA BAY

If you happened to miss the electro-pop duo on their Imaginal Disk tour, look no further! Magdalena Bay are bringing their cosmic musical stylings and coinciding visuals to Austin for both weekends. 

MJ LENDERMAN

Aside from being a core member of the Asheville country-gaze musical outfit, Wednesday, MJ Lenderman has made a mark of his own through his solo musical work. His recent album, Manning Fireworks fueled a nationwide tour and will be bringing him to Austin City Limits this year. If you’re a fan of pedal-steel guitar, cheeky lyricism, and tunes to accompany cold one, then MJ Lenderman may be an act that you need to see.

LA LOM

LA LOM, which stands for the Los Angeles League of Musicians, is a California-based instrumental trio tat will be making their way to the capital of Texas this October. The group draws influence from the 50’s and 60’s soul while also incorporating cumbia, Peruvian chicha, and Bakersfield country to best represent the diverse musical diaspora of the city of Los Angeles.
