Hangout Music Festival is officially back for its 6th year! May 17th-19th is going to bring fun and music to the beach of Gulf Shores. Having personally been to the festival last year, I cannot wait for this spectacular weekend and lineup.

Headlining the festival this year is Zach Bryan, Lana Del Rey, and Odesza, giving festival goers all the musical genres they could want! A couple of personal favorites include Cage the Elephant, Reneé Rapp, and TikTok sensation David Kushner. With over 50+ artists taking one of five stages, this year, you’re bound to see one of your favorite artists live on the beach. You can find their full lineup below!

In case you’re looking for some suggestions on who to add to your list for the weekend, I’ve got you covered! Zach Bryan, Lana Del Rey and Odesza are all givens, but what about some artists maybe you haven’t heard of?

Looking for an energy filled indie rock performance? Del Water Gap is for you! Fresh off an international tour, S. Holden Jaffe brings energy like none other. With popular songs like “Ode to a Conversation Stuck in Your Throat, ” and “Better Than I Know Myself” I can guarantee you’ll be singing along. Maybe something more soulful and more of a singer songwriter vibe. David Kushner took off on TikTok in 2022 with his songs “Miserable Man” and “Mr. Forgettable.” These tracks rose to over 1 billion streams in under a year! Jessie Murph is joining the lineup again this year bringing her unique sound. Her latest release called “Wild Ones” features upcoming artist Jelly Roll! This one’s definitely for the R&B Country fans. Dominic Fike will also be taking the stage, which I cannot wait for! As well as the infamous Nelly who needs no introduction. 

Hangout 2023 was one to remember with artists like, SZA, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Paramore and The Kid Laroi. The weather was perfect and gave way to the perfect start to summer! I personally made memories that will last a lifetime and am more than eager to get back on the beach.
