Perspectives submission by photographer, Jaeda Armijo: “While I am still figuring out my place in the photography world, I love trying different and new things. I try to think up creative locations while adding an imaginative type of style. I shot at this location during sunset earlier in the year and took a mental note of how pretty and eerie the orange lights looked when it got dark outside. The parking garage is such an industrial and building heavy location. I photographed my sister in a lace dress wearing angel wings and holding pink roses. Angels are very elegant and magical. The roses with what she is wearing is reminiscent of the Virgin Mary surrounded by roses. The parking garage gives and spooky energy to that shoot and sets a darker mood. I am excited to continue experimenting with style and location at the same time as I continue my photography career.”
