Keshi — WaMu Theater in Seattle, WA — April 3, 2023

Coming around the last leg of his tour, Keshi made a stop in Seattle, WA at WaMu Theater on April 3rd. The first time I went to a Keshi concert was in 2019 on his first ever tour. To say that his progression was a transformation is an understatement. Going from a small bar stage to big amphitheaters, Keshi really amped up his production in just over a couple years. His setlist was a beautiful balance of new bangers and earlier EPs.  Opening up with a mix of high energy songs like “GET IT”, slowing down to some smooth R&B-esque melodies heard in “SOMEBODY”, and making heartfelt moments with “UNDERSTAND”— Keshi knew exactly what the crowd wanted. It was clearly exhibited when fans chanted for him to “take it off”, to which his response was “thank you for barking”. Interacting with the crowd, you would forget that he has almost constantly been touring for the past two years with his unwavering energy.
