This was a Porches show, a surprise one announced the day prior, in the middle of the Alpha Zulu Tour with Phoenix. FLOATATION was the opener for this show on October 1, 2022 at Baby’s All Right in Brooklyn, New York. I’ve never seen Baby’s swarmed like this before. Droves of familiar friends and faces and strangers to me showed up for the late show. There was even spillover with spectators and friends like Bryndon and Aria sitting on stage to watch the show. It was also Baby’s owner Billy Jones’ birthday, so candles were blown out over cake mid set. Chloe MK got up for her vocal cameos and the crowd ate it up, as usual. Harrison “The Dare” Smith DJed the front room til Baby’s told us all to get out around 4 AM. It was a vibrant and serendipitous show.
