10/29/16 – The Palladium, Los Angeles, CA
The “Too Much Tour” made its second stop at the iconic Hollywood Palladium on October 29, playing to thousands. Fans exploded in excitement when Seb Mueller and Joey Armstrong of SWMRS came on stage playing bass and drums to introduce their band and start off their set. It is overwhelming to witness such a safe and welcoming environment that SWMRS create for their audience at shows. They perform songs that make the listener reminisce of their first relationship and inspire thousands to be themselves. Fast forward one hour and the members of Fidlar spill out onto the stage wearing masks while flipping off the crowd. I’ve never been to a frat party but I’d assume it’s kind of like listening to Fidlar. In between my shots from photo pit I would watch the crowd in awe of all their energy as people would crowd surf from left and right and those standing at the barricade screamed the lyrics back to Zach Carper (lead vocals and guitar). Fidlar has the type of sound that makes you want to dance crazily and yell at the top of your lungs, which is exactly what I did.
