The Fillmore in San Francisco — March 16, 2024

Briston Maroney, indie-folk singer-songwriter, graced The Fillmore stage in San Francisco to a sold out crowd. In support of the release of his second full-length studio album Ultrapure, Maroney delivered a performance that was nothing short of electrifying, captivating the audience from the moment he stepped foot on stage.

His stage presence drew every eye in the room to him as he and his band effortlessly moved from one song to the next. The set kicked off with “Body,” a single off of his latest album, Ultrapure and the crowd immediately broke out into singing, dancing, and yelling along. Old favorites like “Small Talk,” off of his EP Indiana, “June” from the 2017 EP Big Shot, and crowd favorite “Freakin’ Out on the Interstate” showcased Maroney’s versatility as an artist, blending elements of indie rock, folk, and alternative – the latter which was easily a highlight of the evening. His ability to switch between ballads and high-energy anthems ensured there was never a dull moment throughout the set.
