Daisy the Great, an indie-pop duo that has captured the hearts of music lovers with their ethereal melodies and introspective lyrics, traces its origins to the streets of Brooklyn, New York. Formed by Kelley Dugan and Mina Walker, the two drew inspiration from a diverse range of influences, including folk, pop, and rock, and began collaborating on music together, experimenting with different sounds and styles until they found their own unique voice. Their debut EP, I’m Not Getting Any Taller, released in 2019, showcased the band’s talent and versatility, earning them a dedicated fanbase and critical acclaim. Since then, Daisy the Great has continued to push the boundaries of their sound, exploring new sonic landscapes while staying true to the core elements that make Daisy the Great so special. Throughout their set, Daisy the Great treated the audience to a diverse array of songs from their discography with tracks like “Glitter,” “The Record Player Song,” and “Liar.” Throughout the performance, Dugan and Walker’s chemistry was undeniable, their voices intertwining effortlessly as they traded lead vocals and harmonized on choruses.
