Music lovers have a new festival to look forward to this summer as Grammy award-winning artist Olivia Rodrigo announced the first-ever Daisy Chain Fields music festival, which will take place at Great Park in Irvine, California on August 29th, 2026. With a special women-led lineup featuring artists like Chappel Roan, Doechii, and KATSEYE, this is surely a festival to keep an eye on. Here’s what you need to know.

Key Details

Daisy Chain Fields is a community-driven single-day festival situated in the iconic Great Park in Orange County, where festival goers will get the chance to witness performances from a stellar lineup alongside the park’s iconic orange hot air balloon. From her mission statement, Olivia Rodrigo wrote that the festival “celebrates the voices, artistry, and contributions of women in music, fostering an inclusive environment in which all are welcome.” In addition to watching the performances, attendees will have opportunities to engage with installations in partnership with various non-profit organizations that advocate for women and girls across underserved communities. Net proceeds from this festival will go towards supporting these non-profit organizations. Tickets sold out almost immediately during pre-sale in June, but you can sign up for the waitlist as well as parking and shuttle passes here.

Festival Lineup

This festival will feature performances from 14 groundbreaking artists across two stages, including Olivia Rodrigo herself, as well as Chappell Roan, Doechii, KATSEYE, Mitski, Not For Radio, Rachel Chinouriri, Bikini Kill, Eli, Garbage, Quiet Light, Santigold, and The Breeders. The event will also feature Karen O, Sarah McLachlan, and Stevie Nicks as special guests. 

Must-See Artists

Olivia Rodrigo

As the visionary behind this festival, Olivia Rodrigo is an absolute must-see. Her performances are exhilarating and highlight her confessional lyricism, which resonates with audiences and creates an experience that is intimate and deeply personal. Festival goers can expect an unforgettable set full of back-to-back hits including tracks from her most recent studio album, you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love.

Not For Radio

Known for her role as lead singer for indie-pop band The Marías, American musician María Zardoya has embarked on a solo project under the alias Not For Radio, making waves with the release of her solo album, Melt in October 2025 and her EP, Bloom in April 2026. Her atmospheric sound will surely be a highlight to the Daisy Chain lineup. 

Chappell Roan

Singer-songwriter Chappell Roan is an embodiment of fierce and unwavering self-expression, delivering captivating performances with vibrant fashion and theatrical visuals. Known for hits like “HOT TO GO!,” “Pink Pony Club,” and “Good Luck, Babe!” fans can expect a set of endless energy.

Doechii

Rapper, singer, and songwriter Doechii brings her witty lyricism and undeniable stage presence to the festival lineup. She is known for her 2024 album, Alligator Bites Never Heal which includes hits like “DENIAL IS A RIVER,” “NISSAN ALTIMA,” and “CATFISH.” A deluxe version of the album followed in 2025 with the addition of “Anxiety,” a track that highlights raw expression while opening up about personal challenges with mental health. 

Daisy Chain Fields is just over a month away. With a powerful lineup and community-driven mission, the festival is surely one of the most anticipated events of the summer.
